Another round of chemotherapy done today! Glad I am getting through them, and I am generally in and out within a few hours. Some of the others are here pretty much all day getting their chemotherapy, so I am one of the lucky ones!
Had a tough week this week, following the last session. The nose bleeds are now happening pretty much most days. I just need to blow my nose and I seem to burst a vessel! But the worst thing – the absolute worst, is the hot flushes! They seem to be happening a bit more frequently. I have googled things to stop, and its advice is no caffeine. I have given up smoking, given up alcohol, given up going out; so caffeine and chocolate are my last little vices, so I think I will just cut down rather than give up just yet! Ha!
The hair has fully disappeared from the head now, just a few little tufts here and there! My god am I thankful for my friends advising me to have my eyebrows done!
