Another round of chemotherapy was done and dusted! This week was the start of my second cycle, which means I had to have the Paclitaxel and the Carboplatin today which means that treatment took a bit longer – but I was still in and out in a few hours which is great!

After cutting my hair off yesterday – I felt so much better today. I felt weird like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders and I had a new sense of freedom. Freedom from what I have no idea, but just felt a sense of release. I think the walking to and from the hospital helps me with my mind. It is a nice walk where I can see over Poole Harbour on the way, and recently the sun has been shining each time which makes it look tranquil. Anyway, not sure why I enjoy the walk so much, I just do!

Another one down – now for another week of jigsaw puzzles and building cars! 😊
